We document the issue during the receiving process and communicate the available photos and details to the project contact. Any carrier claim timing or next step depends on the carrier’s terms and the specific project scope.

Can you receive from any vendor or freight carrier?

Yes. We receive from all vendors, carriers, and workrooms. You simply route deliveries to our facility with your project reference.

How long can project pieces stay in storage?

As long as your project needs — weeks or months. Storage is billed by vault volume and works around renovation delays without penalty.

Do you deliver to occupied luxury homes and job sites?

Both. Crews carry full surface protection for finished homes and coordinate with GCs, elevators, and site rules for active job sites.

Can you sequence delivery by room for install day?

Yes — that is standard. We load in reverse install order so the first room you need comes off the truck first.

Do you assemble furniture at install?

Yes: beds, tables, casegoods, and most items requiring assembly. We also remove every carton and all packaging as we go.

What reporting will my studio receive?

Item-level status — received, inspected, damage-flagged, stored, delivered — that you can forward directly to clients.

Do you work with out-of-state designers on Florida projects?

Constantly. Many of our designer partners run projects remotely and rely on our inspection photos and reporting as their eyes on the ground.
