What happens when a piece arrives damaged?

We document it photographically the day it arrives and notify you immediately — inside the freight claim window, with the evidence a claim needs. This alone pays for the service.

Can you hold a full project until the site is ready?

Yes — weeks or months, in climate-controlled storage organized by project and room, with inventory reports whenever you need them.

Do your crews work under designer direction on install day?

That is the job: your placement calls, our labor and care. Crews arrive with protection materials, tools for assembly, and the patience install days require.

Do you serve projects outside Florida?

Our receiving and storage operate in Florida, with delivery throughout the state and interstate install logistics available for projects further afield.

How is designer receiving priced?

Per-piece receiving with monthly storage and install-day crew rates — itemized in writing so you can pass costs through your project billing cleanly.
